Kirsty has been tutoring our 14-year-old for a year, and her help has been invaluable. She has been professional, patient and kind, teasing progress out of a reluctant learner. Kirsty is always supportive and positive, giving constructive feedback which is helpful for us, and her knowledge and enthusiasm for the subject are clear.
She has consistently and gently encouraged concentration and focus, which has been much appreciated, adjusting her teaching style to accommodate our students’ learning needs. She breaks down concepts and ideas into manageable parts, ensuring that our student understands each concept, returning as necessary to recap. She has encouraged our young person to study and has done so in a non-judgmental, encouraging way, creating a supportive learning environment.
Kirsty is friendly, approachable and engaging and I couldn’t think of a better person to tutor a young person, whatever their age.

Kirsty has been working with both my sons, aged 15 and 10, for over a year now. They are both ND and have very different learning styles and Kirsty is fabulous at adjusting to their needs every lesson. Kirsty incorporates the things they love, so learning is much easier. Both boys have become much more confident learners, and we couldn't be happier with this. You won't find a better tutor!!
